Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Specio ("the Service") operated by PT Specio Ekosistem Digital Bangsa ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Specio is an AI-powered digital marketing platform that provides:

  • AI-driven market research and competitive analysis (Brain)
  • Content ideation and generation tools (Ideas)
  • AI image, video, and caption production (Content)
  • Social media publishing to Facebook and Instagram (Post)
  • Meta advertising campaign management (Ad Pilot)
  • Campaign performance analytics and insights (Insights)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Specio, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Meta Platform Compliance

When using Specio's Meta advertising features, you agree to:

  • Comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards
  • Only advertise products or services that you own or have authorization to promote
  • Not use the platform to run deceptive, misleading, or prohibited advertisements
  • Take full responsibility for all ad campaigns created through Specio
  • Ensure your ad account is in good standing with Meta

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Specio to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in deceptive marketing or false advertising
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all brand data, product information, and content you upload to Specio. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: Specio's software, design, AI models, and platform infrastructure are owned by PT Specio Ekosistem Digital Bangsa. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Specio uses AI to generate content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing
  • You bear full responsibility for any content published using our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT Specio Ekosistem Digital Bangsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to ad spend losses, lost business, or data loss.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of Specio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
