Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Specio at any time. This page explains what data we hold and how to request its deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, subscription data)
• All product and brand data you created (product details, brand guidelines, personas)
• All AI-generated marketing research, content ideas, and produced content
• All published post history and scheduled posts
• All linked Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account credentials and tokens
• All ad campaign data and performance metrics
• All trend matches and saved trends
• All uploaded images, character assets, and media files

How to Request Deletion

What Happens Next

1. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
2. We may verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion
3. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the verified request
4. We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Meta Platform Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Specio via Meta Login, you can also remove Specio's access to your Meta data by:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
3. Find Specio and click Remove

Removing Specio from your Meta apps will revoke all Meta access tokens we hold. We will also delete any associated credentials from our secure storage upon receiving your deletion request.

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained after deletion where legally required:

• Transaction records and invoices (as required by Indonesian tax law)
• Data required to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims
• Anonymized/aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
